1. Purpose

The Bio-Xin Customer Referral Program is designed to acquire new customers through trusted referrals, support product and treatment sales, encourage repeat visits, and turn satisfied customers into Bio-Xin brand advocates. The program will operate through Bio-Xin's Website, Mobile App, Social Media platforms, and Branches in a secure, transparent, and trackable manner.

2. Program Scope and Availability

The program is available to eligible existing Bio-Xin customers. Referral codes can be generated through:

Eligible customers (4.1) will receive a unique referral code generated through Bio-Xin's Website or Mobile Apps using a link: www.bioxin.com/cus-ref

3. How the Program Works

Step 1: Generate a Referral Code

An eligible existing customer generates a unique referral code through Bio-Xin's Website or Mobile App.

Step 2: Share the Code

The Referrer may share the referral code once via direct phone messaging and an unlimited number of times through other social media platforms.

Step 3: New Customer Registration

The referred customer registers as a new Bio-Xin customer using the valid referral code and a unique mobile number.

Step 4: New Customer (Referee) Benefit

The new customer may enjoy Free Doctor Consultation within 3 calendar days of registration.

Step 5: Qualifying Referrer Benefit

The Referee purchases at least BDT 1,000 worth of Bio-Xin Products, Services, or Treatments within 3 calendar days of registration.

Step 6: Verification and Reward

After the qualifying purchase is verified in the Bio-Xin POS system, the referral is recorded as successful.

4. Eligibility Requirements

4.1 Referrer (Existing Customer)

• Must be a registered Bio-Xin customer.
• Must have completed at least one paid transaction.
• Not be an existing customer using another phone number.
• Must maintain an active customer account in Bio-Xin POS and the Website/App.

4.2 Referee (New Customer)

• Must be a completely new Bio-Xin customer.
• Must register using a unique and valid mobile number.
• Must use a valid referral code during registration.
• Must not already hold a Bio-Xin account under another mobile number.

5. Benefits

5.1 Benefits for New Customer (Referee)

• Complimentary Doctor Consultation, valid for 3 calendar days from the date of registration.

The consultation benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Completion of the consultation is not mandatory for activation of the Referrer's reward, provided all other qualifying conditions are fulfilled.

5.2 Benefits for Existing Customer (Referrer)

• BDT 50 Wallet Credit for every successful direct referral.

A direct referral is considered successful only when the Referee completes a verified minimum purchase of BDT 1,000 within 3 calendar days of registration. Rewards apply only to first-level referrals. Second-level or chain referrals are not eligible.

5.3 Milestone Rewards for Referrer

In addition to the BDT 50 Wallet Credit per successful direct referral, the Referrer can earn milestone rewards based on the total number of successful referrals. The amounts below represent the total cumulative Wallet Credit (including the base BDT 50 per referral and applicable milestone bonuses) earned upon reaching each milestone:

• 1 successful referral — BDT 50 Wallet Credit (total)
• 5 successful referrals — BDT 275 Wallet Credit (total)
• 10 successful referrals — BDT 600 Wallet Credit (total)
• 20 successful referrals — BDT 1,300 Wallet Credit (total)
• 30 successful referrals — BDT 2,150 Wallet Credit (total)
• 50 successful referrals — BDT 4,650 Wallet Credit (total)

Milestone rewards are calculated based on successfully verified referrals only. Bio-Xin reserves the right to modify the milestone structure at any time as described in Section 8 (Company Rights).

6. Wallet Credit Rules

Issuance

Issued only after the successful direct referrals and qualifying purchases of at least BDT 1000 by Referee within 3 days of registration via link provided by referrer, have been verified in the Bio-Xin POS system.

Validity

Valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and expires automatically thereafter.

Redemption

May be redeemed partially or fully against eligible Bio-Xin Products, Services, or Treatments.

Restrictions

Cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.

7. Misuse and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals.
• Fake or duplicate registrations.
• Multiple accounts operated by the same customer.
• Duplicate, misleading, or invalid mobile numbers.
• Fraudulent or reversed purchases.
• Manipulation of referral transactions or reward eligibility.

Bio-Xin reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel Wallet Credits, reject referrals, or take other appropriate action where misuse, fraud, or non-compliance is identified.

8. Company Rights

Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals reserves the right to:

• Modify the reward structure or benefit value.
• Revise eligibility criteria, qualifying conditions, or program rules.
• Reject suspicious, incomplete, or non-compliant referrals.
• Suspend, withdraw, or discontinue the program.
• Make program updates at any time without prior notice.

9. General Terms and Disclaimer

Participation in the Customer Referral Program constitutes acceptance of this Policy and all applicable Terms and Conditions. Rewards will be issued only after all relevant program conditions have been fully satisfied.

Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals will not be responsible for:

• Expired Wallet Credits.
• Misused referral codes.
• Incomplete, invalid, or unsuccessful referral registrations or transactions.
